What influence does gender equality have on the self-confidence of artists of both genders? How do the positions of male and female artists differ in relation to various institutions? What effect does the “disappearance” of a female artist on maternity leave have on artistic operations? How can any conflicts between artistic social life and parenthood be resolved, particularly in the case of the parent in the caregiving role? How do the economic aspects of the environment within which an artist is active affect them?
